Whether you're considering professional pool service for the first time or switching from another provider, we know you have questions. Below you'll find answers to the most common topics our customers ask about — from service details and pricing to Arizona-specific pool care. If you don't see your question here, give us a call at (602) 390-9350 and we'll help you out.

We are based in Peoria (near 101 & Bell) and primarily service the Northwest Valley, including Peoria, Glendale, North Phoenix, and Anthem. However, we service the entire Valley, including Surprise and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
Your service day is assigned after signup based on your location and our route optimization. While specific day requests may not always be possible due to pre-planned routes, we ensure consistent service on the same day each week so you always know when to expect us.
Light rain doesn't affect our service — pool chemicals and cleaning work the same in the rain. For monsoon storms with lightning or severe weather, we'll reschedule your visit to the next available day that same week. Your pool still gets the same care, just on a slightly different day. We'll always keep you updated via text.
Yes! After every visit, you'll receive a text message with a service summary. If we notice anything that needs attention — like a worn gasket, low water level, or early signs of algae — we'll flag it right away with photos so you can make informed decisions about your pool.
Yes! Both our Essentials Weekly Service ($140/mo) and Chemicals Only Service ($80/mo) include all necessary maintenance chemicals. You won't be surprised by extra chemical charges for standard maintenance.
Just let us know in advance! We understand schedules change. If you need to skip a service due to travel, home construction, or other reasons, simply send us a text or email. We'll credit your account accordingly.
We love referrals! Many of our customers come from word of mouth, and we appreciate every recommendation. Ask us about our referral program — when your neighbor or friend signs up for weekly service, both of you benefit. Just have them mention your name when they call.
In most cases, we can start within a few days of your initial consultation. For urgent situations like green pools or equipment issues, we often offer same-day or next-day service. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
Arizona's extreme summer heat accelerates chlorine depletion — water temperatures above 85°F burn through sanitizer much faster than cooler climates. Combine that with intense UV light, monsoon dust, and organic debris, and an untreated pool can go from clear to green in just 48 hours. That's why consistent weekly chemical management is essential in the Valley, not optional.
If a haboob dumps debris into your pool between service visits, the best immediate steps are: run your pump for an extra cycle to help the filter catch fine particles, skim off any large debris you can reach, and avoid vacuuming right away (let the filter do its work first). If you're on our weekly service, we'll handle the rest at your next visit. For severe events, give us a call and we can schedule an extra visit.
Common warning signs include unusual humming or grinding noises, visible water leaks around the pump housing, the pump running but water flow feeling weak, or the motor getting excessively hot to the touch. If you notice any of these, it's best to call us before a small issue becomes a major repair. Our technicians check pump performance during every service visit.
For standard weekly chemical adjustments, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes to an hour after treatment to allow chemicals to circulate and disperse evenly. If your pool received a heavy shock treatment (such as during a green pool recovery), wait until chlorine levels drop below 5 ppm before swimming — typically 24 to 48 hours. We'll always let you know if a longer wait is needed.
